Static Bar (7130/7160)

The 7130/7150/7160 Generator Bars are charged electrodes that provide a safe, controllable, reliable, and cost-effective way to apply static electricity for temporary bonding in industry.

• 7160 Generator Bar - Our most popular static generator bar, the 7160 is the standard bar for use with IONFIX generators and is available for voltages up to 60 kV.
• 7130 and 7150 generator bars - These have connectors for older 30/50 kV generators.

These rugged static generating bars meet the temporary bonding needs of high-performance machines.

• Ruggedized with all components fully encapsulated for reliability and safety
• Individually resistively bonded tungsten emitters for long, reliable life
• Standard 10 mm emitter pitch for uniform charge application
• Cable protected by flexible nylon conduit, cable exit 180° or 90°
• When used with the IONFIX generator, it provides full control and operational feedback to the operator.

The 7130 / 7150 / 7160 generator bars are used in a wide range of electrostatic bonding applications including interleaving, peening, laminate countertops, labeling, in-mold labeling (IML), wrapping, chill rollers, and bagmaking.

• 7130-/50-/60-T5: 5mm pitch tungsten emitter, 400Mohm resistor.
• 7130 / 7150 / 7160 Emitter Mask (part number 715003): Covers live emitter pins that are not needed. 1 meter length that can be cut as needed. See separate datasheet.
• 90° cable outlet.
